CANCELLATION POLICY
Your barber reservations are very important to the Steele’s Barber Lounge team, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 2 hours’ notice for cancellations.
STRICT AND ENFORCED 2 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY! Please understand that when you forget or cancel your reservation without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that reservation time, and guest on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our reservations are confirmed a day in advance by email /text confirmation, because we know how easy it is to forget a reservation you booked weeks or a month ahead. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee may apply.
- Less than 2 hour notice may result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved amount or $10.00.
- “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% (reserved amount) or $10.00.
- Reservations made within the 2 hour period and need to cancel, the guest then must cancel within 1 hours of reservation time or will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved amount or $10.00.
You can always cancel your reservation through confirmation text link and reschedule! Steele’s Barber Lounge policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future guests. Thank you for viewing and supporting our policies criteria. CONFORMATION emails/text are a courtesy, we will make every effort to contact and confirm your appointment one business day prior to your appointment date. However, due to time restrictions if time does not allow, you will still receive a email and a text reminder 24 hours before your appointment. please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.
